According to the report, the emerging market is no longer an optional or additional choice for investors. The focus is not whether or not to invest, but how much to invest. The stock market value of emerging markets accounted for 20% of the global market, up 4% compared with that in 2002. The emerging markets will be divided into three categories: "locomotive-type" for countries with rapid economic growth, such as China and India; "coal car type" for countries with rich resources, such as Brazil, Russia and the Middle East countries; "bus type" for Eastern Europe, Turkey and Mexico.
